In 2006, the Si Group merged with Rogen International, the management training and consulting group. The merger created a £20M global firm with 120 consultants/coaches operating in the UK, North America, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Rogen is best-known for its skill development and consulting work in the areas of leadership, sales performance, pitching and persuasive communication. Perhaps its most high profile engagement, Rogen advised on the “$8 billion pitch”, as it came to be known, securing the 2000 Olympics for Sydney.
